2. Services

Signa Chess Academy provides online and in-person chess coaching, diagnostic evaluations, tournament preparation, and related educational services. All coaching is provided by certified instructors under the guidance of USA National Master Dilshad Mohammed.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Trial bookings and scheduled sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booked session. Makeup policies vary by program and are communicated at the time of enrollment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, chess curricula, interactive tools, and branding — is the property of Signa Chess Academy and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Signa Chess Academy provides educational services and does not guarantee specific rating improvements, tournament results, or college admissions outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness or suitability. Coaching credentials, student achievements, and statistics are based on our records and may be updated periodically.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.
